Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy has provided Dave with a solid foundation for understanding human behavior and emotional well-being. Over the past several years, he has added even more experience in various therapeutic settings, working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Dave's approach as a therapist integrates mindfulness practices and evidence-based therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their personal growth and healing. Additionally, he has pursued ongoing education in areas such as Relational Life Therapy and trauma-informed care, ensuring his knowledge and implementation of current best practices.
Emphasizing collaboration with clients, Dave fosters a safe and empathetic environment for exploration and growth. He believes the therapy office is one of the most sacred spaces in our society today; a space where clients can be seen and known without judgment, and a place to explore, question, grieve, celebrate, and expand.
In addition to working as a therapist and executive coach, Dave is a Dad to three kids who are growing up faster than he can believe. This is by far his favorite role and title. Dave also loves being outdoors - especially doing anything that involves water - along with traveling and new experiences. While at home, Dave enjoys listening to music, cooking delicious meals, doing projects around the house, and having campfires with friends and neighbors.
