As a therapist trained in systemic thinking, Sarah believes the environments we are a part of make a significant impact on our wellness. With a high value of authentic connection, she aims to make her clients feel truly understood and empowered to create the change they desire.
Sarah’s approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each client, yet grounded in theories that emphasize both collaboration between client and therapist and neurobiological integration. Sarah is also LGBTQ+ affirming and believes in the universal right for her clients to live their authentic lives.
Sarah has a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly teens and women of whom the following labels may have been used: “perfectionistic", “high achieving”, “intense”, “not interested in small talk” or “multipotentialite" (many different interests that may shift over time). She is open to working with clients ages 12 and up.
Living with her partner and their three school aged children, Sarah can be found spending her free time with family and friends, reading, or enjoying the outdoors.
