Sarah is a graduate of the MS-MFT program at UW-Stout and is delighted to find herself in a second career that is more of a calling than a job. She experiences great joy in walking alongside clients as they utilize their own strengths to lean into life’s challenges, resulting in enhanced experiences and relationships.
With a deep appreciation for the systemic nature of Marriage & Family Therapy, Sarah loves to work with couples, families and step-families. She also enjoys one-on-one therapy and has special interests in neurobiology, the Enneagram, and spirituality – all of which she engages as tools for understanding personal motivation and growth.

Sarah’s first career was in engineering and project management – roles which provided ample opportunity to hone interpersonal and relational skills and also speak to her straight-forward solution-oriented approach. She has volunteered with hospice, mentored blended family couples through her local church community, and served on the board of directors for The Bridge to Hope in Menomonie, WI – a shelter for victims of domestic abuse.

Menomonie is where Sarah and her husband have made their home, along with their spirited golden retriever, Lucy. They are parents, step-parents and in-laws to eight wonderful young adults. In her free time, Sarah loves to cook, garden, hike, kayak, and play piano – or you might just find her with a big bowl of popcorn watching a movie.
