Dayna is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern who is excited to work with individuals from all walks of life and values the unique experiences each client brings to therapy. She believes in building strong therapeutic relationships through authenticity, collaboration, and compassion. Working from a strengths-based perspective, Dayna helps clients recognize their abilities while developing practical skills to navigate life's challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
With prior experience in a school-based setting, Dayna has particular interest in working with adolescents and teens experiencing ADHD, behavioral concerns, and difficulties related to emotional regulation and social relationships. Her approach emphasizes fostering resilience, strengthening coping and self-regulation skills, and promoting positive behavioral change.
When she isn't working with clients, Dayna enjoys spending time with her children and her two dogs, Finnigan and Rosie. She loves being in nature, exploring the outdoors, and listening to all types of music.

Private Pay:*
$40/session - standard intern rate
$25/session - enrolled college students
$10/session - clients with Medical Assistance**
*All intern rates are private pay (no insurance billing). Session fees are due at time of service via cash, check, or credit/debit card payment.
**Adulteen clinicians are not able to bill insurance but those with Medical Assistance may pay a reduced private pay rate of $10.
Availability
Office days:*
Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm, 3pm - 7pm
Thursdays 3pm - 6pm
*Due to the requirements of Dayna's program, sessions after 3pm must include a family member for at least 15-20 min.
